The purpose of this site is to provide a Google-searchable facility on key phrases of Latin thirteenth-century scholastic writing, directly cross-referenced to the Dominican translation, which is literal, and generally good. There are better internet settings of the Latin, (for example here, which contains all of Thomas' works in Latin, and here, which has the translation by the fathers of the English Dominican province, with many cross references and links (and advertisements). This page is the beginning of a project to set the whole of Aquinas' Summa Theologiae into parallel Latin-English. These original html versions are kept here as a record.
